Terms And Conditions

PLEASE READ TO FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. In using this site, users agree the following terms and conditions and any other applicable laws.

 

Acceptance

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders and may change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by Solid Lift Parts Inc “Seller”. The Seller has the right to cancel orders that are accepted in circumstances beyond its control such as delays in transportation, lack of transportation facilities, material shortages, restrictions imposed by laws, fires, floods, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, sabotage, riots, war, terrorism and other matters alike

Agreement

The terms and conditions are binding once the Seller confirms the Buyer’s order

Prices

All prices are in US dollars for all Buyers from the US and Canadian dollars for all Buyers from Canada, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Seller accepts Paypal and credit cards, which are available only at the time of purchase, as method of payment.

Shipping & Freight Terms

Shipping and freight is not within the control of the seller and is paid by the Buyer.

Cancellations

Cancellation of orders that have been processed is not accepted.

Return Policy

All returns must be requested within 30 days of invoice. Freight charges must be prepaid when returning the merchandise to the Seller. All special items and used items are non-returnable (please check with the Seller).

25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items (excluding the items that have verified defects).

If the returned items are confirmed to be defective, Solid Lift Parts will replace it at no charge or issue a full credit refund, including freight, to the Buyer. If the returned item has no defects, the Buyer will be subjected to freight, 25% restocking charge, and a possible testing fee.

Returned items subject to damage due to abuse, misuse, alteration, or corrosive materials will not be credited. The returned parts must be within its original packaging, new, and in merchandisable condition.

Warranty

Warranty is provided solely for the products confirmed by Solid Lift Parts. Once the warranty for the product is accepted and confirmed, warranty will be made for a period of one year, or as indicated from the date of the original sale.

Liability

Solid Lift Parts is not liable for special, consequential, indirect or other comparable damages that may arise from breach of contract, negligence, and breach of warranty, regardless of the fact thatthe possibilities of these damages were expressed to its agent. Henceforth, lost profits or revenues that may result from the above damages are not the responsibilities of Solid Lift Parts.

Indemnification

All Buyers and users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Solid Lift Parts, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all damages, expenses, losses and costs that may arise from violation of these terms and conditions.

Tax

The Buyer is responsible for all taxes including sales tax, excise tax, use tax, or other tax duty and/or other governmental fees involving sale or use of the item sold.
